Lambford Homes provided great assistance in the purchase of our plot, following which we signed a build contract with them. The workmanship of all the contractors was of an extremely high standard and Lambford Homes were very ‘hands on’ throughout. The project was finished on time at the agreed price and resulted in a superb bungalow.

I am very pleased with my chalet bungalow, which is well designed and built to a high standard. I have found Darren and the company reliable and professional to deal with.

Very good company, couldn't fault them from design to completion. High quality finish with a real eye for detail. Pleasant polite and very professional company to deal with.

We had a fantastic experience buying our home from Lambford Homes and couldn’t be happier with the result. From our first viewing right through to completion and aftercare, the whole process was smooth, professional, and stress free. The build quality is excellent — everything feels solid, well finished, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear they take real pride in their work, and that attention to detail really shows throughout the house. Any small snagging issues were dealt with quickly and without any hassle, which made us feel genuinely looked after even after we’d moved in. Darren and Richard were both brilliant throughout — approachable, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. Being a local builder, Lambford Homes clearly cares about their reputation and their customers, and that really shows in the way they communicate and deliver on what they promise. We would absolutely recommend Lambford Homes to anyone looking for a high quality, well built home from a trustworthy local company.
