Ben and the team were amazing from start to finish. Having an extension can be a lot of upheaval and problems, but with BJC they made it easy. Living in an old property we did have some unique challenges and issues to face, but each have been met with positivity and the end result meant we could have the finished project we are thrilled with. We had some contractors for other work on our house, and to keep things consitent, BJC were happy to work with me, and let us bring in other contractors for elements of the work. Always remaining flexible and comunicating well so each step was on time and aligned to the project goals. Efficient, fast, considerate, and above all professional. If you want to have a start to finish project with a company you can trust to do a good job, go with BJC Construction.

We used BJC for a full renovation project, their attention to detail was superb and we managed to get the work done within the agreed timescales! I can't recommend them enough, they were forward thinking and pro-active at every turn, really friendly team and trustworthy!

From old to new in a matter of 8 weeks. Our side wall had started to move and the ties no longer were holding it together. Water was appearing inside the house. The wall at the back of our house was crumbling and letting in water through the ceiling. At 150 years old it was suffering. BJC were certainly up to the difficult task we had for them. With the support of our Surveyor and project manager Stratton Long Ltd. BJC delivered to plan and within timescales. The final pictures speak for themselves, the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We had a great working relationship throughout the project and would not hesitate to return to them for future projects.

We were drawn to BJC after seeing them at work at a nearby neighbours house and we are very happy that we chose this company. Our building project was to completely refurbish our bungalow, add a large extension to the rear of our property, build a gym/office in the garden and to completely landscape both the front and rear of our property. We discussed our plans with Ben (owner) who listened closely to what we required. Following this meeting, we received our quote, which was well considered, thorough and clear and fulfilled all our requirements. From the outset it was clear that BJC are a very professional company who know their trade. They provided us with a comprehensive plan of work for the entire project which was very helpful, and they kept to the plan throughout the project, even finishing on the day they said they would-impressive! We were kept informed on progress regularly. We had many discussions with Ben as the project developed and his ideas on how we might improve certain aspects of the build were invaluable. On a day-to-day basis, we were clear what the team planned to achieve that day and they did what was planned. All the team were very polite and courteous (and good fun!). In summary, we can’t recommend BJC enough. They did a fantastic job. Well done to the team!

Highly recommended, all the team were amazing providing excellent support and guidance throughout our renovation. High quality finish and keen eye to every detail even designing and building our bespoke kitchen mantle. will use again with further renovation work, thank you
