We are pleased with the work completed on our large extension (large bedroom, playroom, two bathroom and storage room) that was built above an existing extension. From the very beginning, communication was excellent and consistent, with Lee taking the time to clearly explain the full process. Lee was excellent at managing the entire build and all associated trades on site, ensuring every stage of the work was completed thoroughly and to a very high standard. Lee and the team really did go above and beyond by supporting us with recommendations for architects, a structural engineer, and any additional professionals required, which made the whole process far less stressful for us. Lee’s experience and guidance were invaluable and helped keep the project running smoothly from planning through to completion. Lee, the team and all traders on site were professional and friendly which was really welcomed – especially with our children who were often asking questions! The site was always clean, safe and tidy which we really appreciated, and several neighbours commented on how considerate, respectful, and well-organised the team were throughout the build. The final finish is excellent and has exceeded our expectations in every way. Lee and his team truly delivered an above-and-beyond service that was completed in the timescales agreed, and we would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality company.

I can’t recommend Lee and his team enough! I’ve brought them in for a couple of jobs at my house, and every single time, they’ve gone above and beyond. They’re reliable, skilled, and genuinely great to work with. Everything is completed to such a high standard, and you can tell they truly care about getting it right. Lee’s communication is spot-on too—he keeps you informed, answers questions promptly, and makes the whole process so much smoother.

If you are looking for a top quality, professional, trustworthy and courteous building company, JB House is the one. Lee and his team have just completed a first rate ground floor extension for us and they worked tirelessly to make the whole process as smooth as possible. From our initial meeting, the in-depth quote and answering literally hundreds of our questions, to the day to day build, everything has been handled with great care and attention to detail. Lee and his men are reliable and a pleasure to have around. They provided us with first class brickies, plasterers, electrician, plumber, carpenter and pavers. Our foundations were complicated but all dealt with calmly, efficiently and promptly. No dramas here. We felt the whole project was in a safe pair of hands. Lee and his right hand man Rob, together with Adam and Ethan have been a welcome part of our family for the last couple of months. We were thorough in our research, meeting with 7 contractors before making a decision - Lee’s professional and meticulous approach stood out - and we could not be happier with the results. The quality of build and finish is excellent, and all quotes were explained and upheld. What could have been a very testing time proved to be plain sailing! We wholeheartedly recommend JB House. Thank you for bringing our vision to life. It’s been a pleasure chaps.

Lee and his team are outstanding. From the level of customer service, to the build work, they truly are professionals, who are polite, courteous and a pleasure to have around. Throughout the project, we were informed on what was going to be happening every week, any adjustments were explained to us in detail, and all the work was executed quickly and efficiently. They even made suggestions on ways we could improve the build, and why, and their level of expertise really shone through. The site was also kept clean and tidy at all times. I can't recommend this company enough, they are superb.
