Lots of issues with their build. So called warranty not worth paper printed on. Had at least 4 leaks because of their workmanship.

As a family, we honestly couldn’t be happier with the rear extension project carried out by Birstall Construction Limited. From the very beginning, Sandeep and his team gave us confidence that we had chosen the right builders. They took the time to listen to what we wanted for our home, offered thoughtful suggestions, and bounced ideas back and forth with us so we could make the best decisions. That personal touch made a huge difference. The quality of their work on the extension is excellent! Everything has been finished to a really high standard, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in what they do. They were always reliable, turning up when they said they would, working hard throughout the day, and making sure the site was left clean and tidy at the end. With children in the house, this was something we appreciated more than anything! What really stood out was how easy they made the whole process for us. Renovations can often feel stressful, but Sandeep and his team were approachable, reassuring, and made the experience feel straightforward and positive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we always felt comfortable asking questions or discussing changes. It’s rare to find builders who are not only highly skilled and experienced but also genuinely care about the families they work with. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Birstall Construction Limited to friends, family, or anyone looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and professional team. We’re so pleased with the results of our extension and grateful for all their effort, it has truly transformed our home.

his was our first major construction project, so choosing the right company was incredibly important to us. After meeting several prospective builders, I immediately felt at ease with Sandeep from Birstall Construction. From the outset, he took the time to talk us through the plans in detail and suggested several small alterations that genuinely improved the overall build. The payment terms were also clear and reassuring, which gave us confidence before the work had even started. Throughout the project, Sandeep kept us informed at every stage and discussed any issues with us as soon as they arose. He has been extremely flexible and patient while we made our final design choices and has gone above and beyond by putting us in touch with trusted local tilers, bathroom suppliers and other trades. We are so pleased that we chose Birstall Construction. The whole experience has been far less stressful than we expected, largely because of Sandeep’s communication, knowledge and helpful approach. We would have no hesitation in using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a building or renovation project. Without doubt, one of the best local construction companies around.
