Caliber Construction have just finished a 6 month large house extension on my home. It took me a while to find the right builder that I felt were trustworthy and Caliber lived up to that. One reason we chose them was because they have a large team. This was important as we were living in the house during renovation and wanted it completed as quickly as possible. All the lads were friendly and hard working and also respectful of the other neighbours in the cul-de-sac. The project finished within a few days of the initial schedule and there were no extra hidden costs. The quality of finish is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oliver, Lee and the whole team to anyone else thinking about a house extension.

We had a large extension completed by Caliber in 2023 and they were fantastic from start to finish. A genuinely friendly, thoughtful team who consistently went the extra mile to make sure the build was exactly what we wanted. Communication was clear throughout, nothing felt like too much trouble, and they were a pleasure to have on site. What really stood out was the follow-up after completion — they didn’t disappear once the job was done and dealt with snagging promptly and properly. We’re absolutely delighted with the end result and would happily recommend Caliber to anyone considering a building project.

We had a an excellent experience with Caliber. From initial contact to the finished build we couldn’t fault the service. Communication was good and they finished the project on time and to the agreed budget. Lee was on site every day and oversaw all aspects of the construction work. Without doubt we’d use Caliber again if we have any more projects.

Highly recommended. We chose Caliber to build a ground and first floor extension and we continue to be happy with the quality of the work five years later. Great team who produce professional results!

Another thumbs up for Ollie White and his great team from Caliber Construction. No job to small. A large piece of mortar fell from our roof in the recent high winds leaving us at risk of further roof damage. Caliber Construction came to our assistance very quickly to effect a permanent repair. You always feel in Safe Hands with Caliber Construction who show commitment and predictability.
