Peter and his team have transformed my home and created an amazing space for my family to live in. What started off as a leaky roof enquiry ended up in a complete home renovation, as I knew immediately these were the guys to trust with the works that were badly needed. This included a new roof, new windows, new skylight, pitched roof in the study, built in fireplace, banquette seating with bespoke dining table, loft conversion with stairs, external render to the entire exterior and the entire house decorated within. The team were incredible from start to finish and nothing was ever a problem. Peter's design input was invaluable and really made a difference to the overall finish. At all times the team were professional, on time, attentive and always cleaned up any mess from the days work. The project was completed on time and the line of communication with Peter, Lucian and Nicola in the office was outstanding. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat, and have been spreading the good word since the works were completed. I can't thank AS Homes enough for the work you have done in creating a beautiful home for myself and my family. I am truly grateful.

I was recommended AS Homes by a friend of mine who had recently completed a build with them who shared glowing reports so I had to find out more! From the moment I spoke to Peter for an initial quote he was both knowledgeable and reliable which is something that isn’t common for other builders I’ve dealt with in the past. Peter project manages the process from the pre build stage to completion and beyond and I have been impressed every step of the way. Lucian ( site leader ) is an expert in construction who ensures the quality of the work is second to none with his tenacity and enthusiasm to do a good job, he really leaves no stone unturned in his commitment to your project. I would highly recommend AS Homes , they are a true partner who are professional, hard working and above else are on hand to support you every step of the proves ( even after you are handed the keys back !)

Typically, I don't write reviews, but in this instance, I felt compelled to share my experience. From our very first meeting, Peter from AS Homes grasped our vision for creating a new family living space. Right from the start, the AS Homes tradesmen were exceptional, executing their work to an impressively high standard and at a swift pace, all while being considerate of our property and our neighbours. As the process progressed, we kept wondering if the next tradesman would be the weak link, but each one arrived on time and fulfilled the agreed-upon schedule. We wholeheartedly recommend Peter and the entire team at AS Homes for their attentiveness to our plans and their ability to bring them to life within the agreed costs and timeline. A special shoutout to Ardit, the builder, who is a truly dedicated and hardworking individual, always wearing a smile; Lucian, who ensured the project stayed on track and provided timely advice throughout the project lifecycle; and Peter, who clearly takes pride in AS Homes' ability to turn people's dreams into reality in a practical way. Even after the project was finished, the support continued. Six weeks post-completion, we encountered an issue when the boiler stopped working overnight during a recent cold snap. I texted Peter, and he responded before 7 am, guiding me through the process of identifying and ultimately resolving the issue, allowing us to be back up and running before 8 am. A true professional from beginning to end.

Peter and his team were fantastic with our build. It was a big project and pretty daunting considering we had never taken on anything like it before. Peter was great at communicating with us all the way along. He always got back to us promptly with answers. We particularly liked the way Peter approached the project as though it was his own house. He took great care in ensuring we covered everything and was helpful suggesting things we hadn’t even thought of. We have recommended AS Homes to many friends - all of whom have used him and were very happy with their builds. The team were friendly, polite and considerate and towards the end of the project when we had moved back in and had tradesmen in the house, everyone was respectful. We can’t recommend Peter and AS Homes enough!

Peter and his team were recommended to us by an unaffiliated plumber who had heard good things about AS Homes from a few of his clients! The team completely transformed our ground floor (small one storey extension out the front, kitchen relocated to the back, opening up the entire back with bifolds) and on the second floor we had a new bathroom and landing cupboards plus the team cleared the attic of old plant and boarded across half to give us storage. From the very first visit until after we'd moved back in, Peter listened carefully to what we envisaged and fully understood our plans, sharing super helpful advice and recommendations. Communication was fantastic throughout the process and Peter and his team were always quick to respond whenever we had any questions. One of the best parts of the service was the fact Peter would explain how they'd overcome issues in hindsight, not burdening us with any worries unless he needed to check something and instead quietly sorting it out. Saving us so much additional stress! The work was meticulous with a really impressive attention to detail, and no issue was too small to talk through. The team also dealt with curveballs like us needing our water pipes replaced by the water company out the front, with no additional charges added even though it took time and effort to sort. They've stayed in touch since and helped out with various questions even after the project was officially finished. It was so important to us to find a builder we could 100% trust and who was on our side and looking out for our interests and our vision for the house from day one, and this is what we experienced. We've been living in the house for 8 months now and we're beyond happy with the results. We couldn't recommend Peter and his team more - they're friendly, reliable, trustworthy, experienced, super helpful and with an impressive work ethic. We're really grateful we found them!
