Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Billy and his team did a superb job converting my garage into a yoga space with a small bathroom. He also re landscaped my garden. He and his team have done a terrific job and has far exceeded my expectations. He was very considerate of my requirements and no request was too much trouble. They always left the site in a neat and tidy condition. I would highly recommend them. Great stuff. thank you Billy.

Billy and his team have been an absolute pleasure throughout my extensive garden design project, they really have gone “Over & Above” to build me my dream garden. The craftsmanship and work ethic has been fantastic, I am very happy to highly recommend Billy and the team to anyone who wants an A++ job, clean, prompt, hardworking and extremely friendly. I look forward to working with Billy and his team on my next project.

OUTSTANDING.Billy and his team put in a new bathroom for us. He was so professional and willing to listen to two women who kept changing their minds!. Everything ran to time, he was always puntual and worked solidly all day. He always cleared up at the end of everyday. I would urge anyone who is looking for an amazing builder....to use Over and Above Construction.

We selected Over and Above Construction Ltd through a competitive tender process to undertake a four month challenging construction project. The project comprised demolishing an existing garage, constructing a new double garage, and linked gym/ workshop/ craft room, installing solar panels and battery, building a 37m retaining wall, matching the render on the front of the house, and landscaping the whole area. The foundations required a piling solution to address the root system of a 150 year old oak tree. One of the key factors for selecting Over and Above was the personal recommendations and endorsements from previous customers who we spoke to. The reality exceeded their recommendations and our expectations. Billy Shepherd is a rare beast, a builder who is enthusiastic, diligent, skilled, extremely hardworking, and puts the customer experience at the epicentre of everything. He contributes ideas and practical advice throughout the process, and as the client, you always know what is happening, why, and what is going to happen over the next 5 days. On complex builds problems arise, things don't always go to plan. But nothing was ever a drama. Solutions were found, the job got done. Quality was never comprised. Billy, and his 2IC Ollie, were just a joy to work with. The project was delivered in 4 months and 2 days, the quality is outstanding. Very importantly, our neighbours loved them! Great communication, considerate, tidy, and professional throughout. Unsurprisingly, they picked up business in our road, and we have already booked them for landscaping the back garden.

We had our drive block paved by Billy at Over and Above construction. The project was to turn our single tarmac drive, into a two car parking space, whilst keeping a planted border edge to soften the side edge. We cannot recommend Billy highly enough. He got the job done incredibly quickly and to our exact specifications. He listened to our design ideas and came up with something that works perfectly with our property. He even went further and reconcreted the pavement that needed some TLc directly in front of our property. He also added lights to the driveway which look stunning in the evenings. Even the manhole cover is a thing of beauty!! Lots of time and care taken over it :D We had neighbours come out to comment on how lovely the driveway looks and how hard they’d all been working. We would definitely ask Billy for further works in the future. I know someone on the street already has! You are in very safe, caring hands with your property if you choose this company. We can highly recommend!!! Lawrence and Sarah
