James and his team built a two-storey side extension to our 1930s home. We spent a lot of time researching local builders and we are so pleased we found JMB Design & Build. However busy he is, James is always contactable and responsive and he has a keen eye for detail. James worked to our budget for which we are very grateful. During the build we were able to add a room in the newly created loft space which has been a huge bonus and James was great at finding creative solutions to make it work. The end result is a lovely family home that has retained its original features but it now fit for modern life. I would recommend James and his team highly. You can see the project on the JMB website.

I cannot recommend James and his team at JMB Design and Build enough! They were so professional from start to finish. The office team constantly kept me in the loop with my project, they applied for all planning for me so I didn't even have to think about it! On site, the boys were so polite and hard working. Shout out to our lovely builder Owen. Thank you JMB Design and Build for helping to create our dream home!

JMB have dealt with my home project … the team have been professional and nothing has been too much trouble. The guys have gone above and beyond to ensure we are updated and know a clear path to finalise our home development … it is a whole house renovation , double story extension , rear extension , new drive , garden and complete landscape over hall! No job has been too much and I must say from my previous projects there is no comparison. James as the head of the company has taken time to plan, advise and guide us , no matter the day or time they have all been there to pick up tools… this bank holiday they guys all banded together to help push get this project to its final closure. Thank you for your constant work ethic and reliability JMB , our family is in safe hands with you handling our home. Safe to say I would refer you and rely on your for our next project!
