They coordinated everything well, including the kitchen installation, plumbing, electrics and finishing work. The workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the room was left clean and tidy on completion.

UBL Lincoln recently fitted our new kitchen, and we’re delighted with the finished result. Luke and the team were reliable, professional and kept us informed throughout the work.

A good friend recommended UBL to me because getting in and out of the bath was becoming quite a struggle. I knew I needed a proper wet room put in. Even though I'm of a certain age, I still wanted something modern, without compromising on safety. I'd already called out two other building companies out before UBL. One didn't even have the manners to show up, and the other just stood there nodding without actually listening to a word I needed. UBL listened properly so I booked them right away. They turned up on time every day, kept the place remarkably tidy as they went along and finished the whole job to a wonderfully high standard. I would have no hesitation to recommend them.

We recently had UBL to convert our garage into a bedroom, moving house wasn’t an option for us we simply couldn't afford it. We found out about them through a recommendation from a work colleague who had an extension done by the team. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome the room looks amazing, just how we wanted it. Luke and his team were incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process, even when I changed my mind a few times on the details. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
