Excellent service from start to finish. Every man they had on site was polite and considerate of our needs. Mikey and his team were adaptable with any changes that came our way whilst still keeping a high standard of work. Definitely recommend to whoever is needing any construction works around the Lincoln/newark area.

I cant recommend Woodland Builders enough! He arranged a plasterer to do some work for us. Mikey, Aaron and Alfie are the best! All Mikey’s motto to any issues is, there are no problems only solutions!! All his team are so helpful and charming! He is South Clifton’s go to Builder!!

Woodlands Homes recently built our new home, converting it from an old workshop, to our forever home. From the initial planning stages right through to completion the team was professional, friendly, and kept us informed. The finished home exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home. Thank you, Woodlands Homes!

Living the Dream! If you’re looking for a builder who genuinely cares about doing a great job, communicates well and somehow manages to keep you smiling through a full house renovation, then I can’t recommend Mikey at Woodlands Homes enough. He’s managed my entire renovation project, coordinating all the trades and keeping everything moving along. Communication has been brilliant throughout, he’s always quick to respond, happy to talk things through and flexible when plans have changed. The quality of the work has been fantastic and his advice has been invaluable. There have been plenty of moments where his experience has helped me make better decisions or avoid potential problems down the line. Like any big project, there have been a few unexpected challenges along the way, including some difficult neighbour situations, but he’s handled everything professionally and calmly, never letting it become a bigger issue than it needed to be. What I’ve appreciated most is that he’s a genuinely good guy with a great team around him. Everyone has been hardworking, friendly and takes real pride in what they do. There have been plenty of laughs along the way, which definitely helps! It’s been a big project and at times a stressful one, but he’s made the whole experience far more enjoyable than I ever expected. I always feel like the project is in safe hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his team. 100% recommended.
