Had a fantastic experience working with the Stirlin team over multiple transactions. A professional and reliable developer which has been operating in the development sector in and around Lincolnshire for many years now. In particular, Brad, James and Sam played integral roles in assuring everything was handled in a timely manner whilst also showcasing their expertise throughout the process. Archway Capital Partners are very much looking forward to working with Stirlin again in the future.

Recently purchased some commercial units from Stirlin. Quality of the service and product from start to finish was exemplary. They far exceeded my expectations on each and every aspect of the service provided.

Yesterday Darren of Stirlin and his assistant replaced all 7 of our radiators and arranged for a Smart Control system to be installed. The quote was very reasonable and briefed as to what to expect. Darren considered and minimised the aesthetic impact that smaller units would have, leaving the fewest cosmetic tasks possible. My only problem now is that I need to find a comfortable temperature for each room, we’re a bit too cozy today 😂. Thank you for a professional, considerate and wholly satisfactory job.

Thanks Stirlin. We decided to relocate to Leafbridge after outgrowing our old location & its facilities. The new unit offers modern office space & spacious storage space, doubling the footprint of our previous premises & allowing further expansion as the business grows. A big bonus is the great transport links with Hykeham train station being nearby, dedicated parking & lakeside view.

We have been in our industrial unit built by Stirlin Developments for 4 years now and couldn't be more pleased. An attractive well built unit, well thought out layout and car parking with onsite security and CCTV. A good selection of business and a community feel. Great!!!
