We instantly fell in love with the properties on our development. The traditional village look coupled with a very high spec modern finish has left us feeling like we have the best of both worlds. From buying “off plan” to personalising our finishing touches has left us with a home that we feel is part of us in a space that we love. The team at Homes by Stirlin were on hand to help with anything and everything and the aftercare was also very good. We are delighted with our home and would highly recommend Homes by Stirlin to anyone who’s looking for quality.

The reason why we we chose to buy from Stirlin Homes, is firstly because of their build quality and aesthetic. Not just the materials used but how impressed we were with the interior spec, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. This surpasses any other developments we visited in Lincolnshire area. Stirlin are clearly committed to designing homes that will stand the test of time, which blend seamlessly into sought after villages where there’s a lack of properties to purchase. The sales team also provided an end to end service that made buying our forever home a great experience.

The overall quality of planning, design, use of space and finishing touches are of the highest order. The location is fantastic too and fits in perfectly within the local community. You can tell this has been considered throughout the whole project. A happy move from start to finish. Thanks to all the Stirlin team involved.

Was nervous about buying a new build home, but nothing to worry about with Stirlin. Everything from the design to the finishes touches were perfect. Customer service was excellent too which is hard to come by!

A local house building company that puts the customer, the new home owner first. So different to ‘the nationals’ who need to drive excess profit to meet shareholder value - and achieve their own team bonuses. The Stirlin team listen, they deliver, and they are bothered as they are here for the long term. If you are buying a new build they’re very much worth a look!
