Thanks to Nathan and the team I can use my en suite shower. The tiling looks great and the plastering in the living room, hall and landing makes the rooms look much more modern and fresh. I love my new lights also now fitted in the living room and on the landing. Everything finished to a high standard and I highly recommend.

Simon and Jak did an amazing job sorting out our paddock fencing. Everything was completed to a fantastic standard, and they finished 2 days ahead of schedule. From site visit to finished job we couldn't be any happier. Price, professionalism and promptness all perfect!

Nathan and all the team carried out a kitchen renovation. They handled all the legal building control parts too. Taking the kitchen down to a bare shell, knocking out walls and making everything safe ready to make a new kitchen. It looks amazing and we can’t thank you enough.

Nathan and Mitch were absolutely brilliant. The job was neat, tidy and they were very respectful. They came to check on the job in less than an hour and were back within a few days to sort out a leaking cistern and change my toilet seat. Nathan even took all the rubbish away. Cracking work thank you!

C&G Prime Properties have just finished my garage conversion including moving the toilet from the utility room into the garage and knocking down the toilet wall to make a larger utility room, From the initial quote to everything in between I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mitch and Nathan were both professional, knowledgeable, (toilet with a sink above it, genius), punctual and tidy. They talked me through every step, visiting more than once to make sure I was happy with everything before work started. I had ideas on what I wanted but not really having a clue, and their attitude was always ‘anything is possible’ and they were right. Their team of bricklayers, electrician, plasterers and decorators were first class. I will not hesitate to use these guys again for future projects.
