We've used Tim on two occasions, once for a redesign of our fireplace and a much larger project creating a patio, steps and raised garden area at our house. Tim and Richard were a pleasure to have around. Flexible in discussions about the best way to achieve the best end product, happy to offer ideas to improve on the plans we had, and prepared to put the graft in when needed. It's a measure of how happy we have been with them that we always recommend them to friends whenever they mention the need for a builder. Top guys, top builders

Tim and his team renovated our 300 year old house in Willingham in 2020/21 - not the easiest time to be undertaking a major building project. Despite COVID the project finished on time and on budget. We were 200 miles away in Berkshire but Tim was in touch by what's app and zoom keeping us up to date and involving us in decisions and conversations. He coordinated all the fitters and deliveries, everything from kitchen to flooring and with our garden landscapers. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Tim and Rich it was great fun and an easy working partnership. Tim is such a professional.

Tim and his team have done 3 jobs for us. They have always turned up on the day that they said they would, are very polite and do a good professional job. I have no issue in recommending them

I used Sparkes Richardson for a top-to-bottom refurbishment of a 3 bedroom detatched house including new kitchen & bathrooms and removal of an internal wall. Extremely professional from start to finish and very easy to get along with. I would definitely recommend.

Tim, Rich and their team were amazing thru the lockdown 1 period. Their foresight meant that we were never without the materials needed to keep the job going. Polite, punctual & precise, they were a joy to have around. Couldn’t be happier with the finished extension. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend on any level.
