Can't fault Lawrence, Bjorn and the team on the work they did for us building a large 2 storey extension on a complex layout. The team were professional and polite throughout, always available and responsive to any questions we had, and worked with us at every step to find practical solutions to the complexities that the design and site layout posed often going the extra mile to ensure a high quality finish - all done within the project timeline. We couldn't be happier with the finished work and would highly recommend Bear to anyone.

We are completely delighted with every aspect of the service provided by this excellent firm. The team that came to do our job were hard-working, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went exactly to the timetable that had been laid out to us, and the end product is perfect. We would not hesitate to approach Bear Builders in the future. Thanks!

Bear undertook major roof repairs to our grade 2 listed house. Both directors and the crew working on the project were always pleasant to deal with, responsive to changes and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We will use them again.

I have no hesitation to encourage anyone to use these Guys. They made an excellent job of our kitchen extension, being an older property the bricks used are a perfect match. They made several suggestions which made the extension even more pleasing. They came in on the promised time scale and their cost was very competitive. So go ahead and use them, like us, you will be pleased you did. Ray and Linda. Barton Hill York.
