Eden Fields has a lot of appeal about it in general and you can see why lots of people are starting to move here, however the ongoing building works surrounding us are leaving our house looking a right state at the moment with regards to windows getting dirty from dust/dirt and rubbish blown into gardens from the site itself. Ideally, it would be nice if once and every while, residents were given some help with the above and make sure to try keep the noise down to a minimum where and when at all possible.. All of the roads need some kind of street CCTV and lighting put in at some point as it's very wide open to those who shouldn't be lurking around this way at night time. It would also be nice to see some bus stops built closer to Eden Fields in general, rather than mile and half away in both directions. Neighbours seem to be few and far between with regards to respecting others who live close to them when being noisy in general, with music being played loud, kids screaming randomly throughout the day at any given opportunity and poor dogs being left out overnight in the gardens barking and howling to come back in. Other then that it's a nice house that we have moved into, but we are left scratching our heads with regards to the teething issues we've had with the maintenance for it thats outstanding still even after moving in. It would of been nice to of have been given some consideration for a nice garden to move into with fresh turf laid down where necessary. Now we know we are the ones who will have to fork out extra for it when time comes to sorting it itself..
