We highly recommend N Stutting Construction Ltd. Nick undertook the complex task of combining two houses into one cohesive home and managed the entire project from start to finish. This was far more complicated than a new build, requiring careful planning, coordination and an eye for detail. Nick oversaw and coordinated all the various trades seamlessly, ensuring everything ran smoothly and to schedule. Throughout the process, there were no surprises. If anything unexpected arose, Nick communicated with us immediately, clearly explained the situation, and discussed the available options before taking any action. He was always approachable, happy to answer any questions, suggest practical solutions, and was consistently contactable whenever we needed him. His transparency, organisation, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence at every stage. We are delighted with the finished result and our new home. We would highly recommend N Stutting Construction Ltd to anyone undertaking a building project and will not hesitate to use Nick again for any future work. We hired Nick and his crew to build an extension at the back of our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the final result. From start to finish, the quality of workmanship was outstanding, and the finished extension has exceeded our expectations in every way. The brickwork in particular is absolutely spot on and matches our existing house bricks perfectly, making the new space blend seamlessly with the original structure as if it has always been there. Nick was extremely communicative and professional from the very beginning. He took the time to clearly explain each stage of the project, the types of materials required, and how he planned to proceed, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the build. He was always approachable, happy to answer questions, and kept us informed at every step, ensuring there were no surprises along the way. The team worked efficiently, respectfully, and with great attention to detail, and it was clear they took real pride in their work. We are absolutely thrilled with our new space and would not hesitate to recommend Nick and his crew to anyone looking for high-quality construction work. We would definitely hire him again for any future projects.

After a couple of months of site visits and quotes we contracted Nick at NS Construction to build our single storey garden room and utility. Nicks attention to detail and competitive quote was why we contracted Nick. The build hasn’t been without its challenges in particular issues with the foundations which needed Nick to change the planned standard strip because of a public sewer, this was done with as little impact to schedule and price. Throughout Nick provided great communication of what was happening when and who would be on site each day. The standard of work has been excellent and we are really pleased with the end result. So if your looking for a reliable and trustworthy builder we would definitely recommend Nick and his team.

Nick went above and beyond with our wall rebuild that was struck by a hit a run driver. He came out quickly and provided a very fair quote on the same day. I had been messed about for weeks by people quoting me absurd amounts. It’s rare these days to find a good and honest tradesman. They did a lovely job and tidied up completely. Definitely recommend and will use again in future.

I had Nick do some work on my conservatory & lay me a patio a few years ago. I was so pleased with his work, I’ve had him back again to do some more. Nick & the team of contractors he works with have completely transformed my lounge, building a media wall, fitting bifold doors, plastering, electrics & new flooring. Nick & his team are very professional with attention to detail & nothing is too much trouble. He was also very patient with things I wanted adding 😂 Brilliant job, thanks Nick & team.
