We used Topsolve to carry out a kitchen/staff room renovation project at our organisation, Flourish Enterprises CIC. Throughout the job they were friendly & professional, explaining the process thoroughly as we went along. They completed the work quickly with minimal disruption to our business and we were very happy with the standard of the work they carried out. Would happily use them again for future projects.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Topsolve Ltd who exceeded my expectations I had going into the project. From the beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication stood out. They took the time to fully understand my requirements and offered suggestions that ultimately improved the final outcome. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. Every aspect of the build was completed with precision and care, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do. The project was delivered on time and budget, which is something I appreciated, especially given how smoothly everything progressed. What impressed me most was their reliability and transparency throughout the entire process. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and honestly. It made the whole experience stress-free. Given that I was not on site and working away, Topsolve turned up every day and delivered the project on schedule to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Topsolve Ltd to anyone looking for high-quality work and a trustworthy professional builder.

Topsolve Building Solutions recently completed a full 5-bed HMO conversion for me in Doncaster, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team handled everything — structural work, gallow brackets, steel installation, electrics, plumbing and the full refurbishment — with great attention to detail. Communication was clear throughout the project. I received regular updates, photos and breakdowns of each stage, which made the process smooth and stress-free. The final finish is exactly what I expected: clean, modern and built to a high standard. If you are looking for a reliable builder for an HMO conversion, house extension or full refurbishment in Doncaster or South Yorkshire, I can highly recommend Topsolve Building Solutions. Professional team, good organisation and high-quality workmanship.
