Now this is what I call professionals. The job was to widen the load bearing wall, essentially to remove and install steel beams. You don't get contractors calling you and asking if they can start the job early, Paul has started the job 3 days earlier than originally agreed, great. Each day Paul and his team cleaned up the work area very well and left the finished area in a great condition. It might not seem like a big thing but to me it was amazing, you don't get builders like that often. They have done such a great job that the building inspector spent 3 minutes to sign it off. The work has been done to a very high standard and at a very good price. Could not recommend them more, even discussed future jobs with Paul as will be using their services again and again, an example for all contractors how things should be done.

I cannot praise Paul and Callum enough following our recent kitchen renovation and highly recommend their services. Highly skilled, professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Paul is also an excellent Project Manager and liaised with other professional trades such as plumber and electrician to ensure our kitchen was finished to a high quality finish and within agreed timescale. It has been a privilege to have used their services.

Kemp Construction Services are the best builders I have used. Paul and team did a brilliant job in making repairs to my wall. I will recommend them to family and friends. Very friendly and professional team!!

Really pleased with Paul, Callum and the team. They worked really hard on my job and communicated well from start to finish. Really cared about their trade and in making sure the job was done right. Had a few quotes and none were as thorough or thought out as Paul was, who guided me initially what I need to be thinking about in terms of bricks and blocks. After being stung in the past, I'm very picky about tradespeople. Sometimes that doesn't make me the easiest to work with, but Paul communicated very well, knew what he was talking about, worked hard, always turned up when he said he would, no unexpected problems, asked for confirmation on things during the build, clear on price and always cleaned up at the end. Had a 18m retaining wall that had to be 1.4 high. Along with two pillars made from pitched face block work. Pictures don't do the work justice, especially when mortar sill wet on the pillar pic. Most can lay bricks on a straight run fine, but it's the corners on the retaining wall and the blocks on the column that are hard to get right. And you don't want to take shortcuts on such a big retaining wall so great to see all the bonding and joints done properly. Would welcome them back on site anytime and would 100% recommend. Hopefully I can work with them again soon.
