Been in our new build house for a few years and there’s been so many issues all stemming from cheap parts and poor work. Front door was replaced after less than 7 years because it has warped, joiner explained the make used is known to be cheap and poor quality and explained he had replaced a lot of doors in that development. Had B&A out twice to inspect the door during our 2 years and they just did boj jobs to get it past the 2 years warranty for it and then said to sort it ourselves. Our bathroom light fittings were incorrectly installed and our electrician honestly thinks superglue/sealer was used to tighten the bezels as they couldn’t be screwed back in. The plastering on walls and ceilings was tragic and we had them out to redo parts before we even got our keys, behind the bath panel and the kitchen cabinets was disgraceful, just layered with stuff that wasn’t cleaned because it was hidden, off cuts of Lino, screws and wire covering just thrown under and then hidden. i can see why so many people hate the idea of new build houses, Avoid this developer.

First class professional service, with an amazing styled & quality built home. The support we have and continue to receive from the team including Suzanne, Mike & Tony has made the transition into our new home a pleasure. The house itself is simply outstanding, it speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

Rented an apartment at Catcastle Court and was perfect for what I needed. Lovely area, excellent location near motorway and local amenities. Apartment was very well finished and if I ever needed anything doing to it, ( which was rare) it was sorted within a couple of days. Beverley was lovely. Worked hard and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely return, if I ever needed to rent again. J

We moved into Jeremiah Drive at the end of 2021 and feel very positive about the quality of our new house (build and fittings) and the service provided by Bussey and Armstrong. Very few minor problems since we moved in and all resolved quickly and professionally. All the staff we have met from the sales office and the tradesmen have been friendly, efficient and helpful and we would recommend B and A as a company you can trust to build quality housing that has character..

We bought our beautiful new home just over a year ago with Bussey & Armstrong. As first time buyers we feel that Bussey & Armstrong have made the whole experience of buying our dream home enjoyable and stress free, supporting us with connections of solicitors, financial advisors as well as companies for blinds once we moved in. Their staff, especially Suzanne and Michael who we have dealt directly with for the sales and site works, have been professional and honest. We appreciated the opportunity to customise our home and inspect lots of things in the construction stage, as well as looking at the finished product. We were allowed to follow the journey of our first home and have enjoyed our first year in the area. Not only do we have a beautiful home, but the community and the neighbours are absolutely lovely and very friendly.
