Lost a few roof tiles which led to water leakage. CS gave a very fair quote and came on time, when they said they would, which is unusual these days, and fixed our issues, looks like new. Great job and wot a lovely lad. Thanks Stephen and team we’d Def recommend u to anyone !

The team completed a full house renovation for us including re-roofing, building an extension, plastering, an attic conversion and addressing a severe damp issue throughout the property. Stephen and the team were very helpful offering ideas and explaining the different options we could take and cost for each option. Team were knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. Very pleased with the quality of the work and overall service received. Best of all, two years on and no sign of the damp returning! Would recommend.

Very happy with the work undertaken by CS Housing Developments. The quote was very reasonable, and the full outline of the works were fully explained. I felt Stephen was extremely personable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. This was the first major building works I had ever done and I felt very reassured working with CS. The majority of the work was undertaken whilst I was away from the property, and I felt fully confident leaving the project with them to return to a completely renovated patio and driveway. Thank you to CS Housing Developments - I would highly recommend their services and I am extremely pleased with the work they have completed.

Cs housing constructed a dry stone wall for ourselves around a telephone mast site we constructed at Rookhope county Durham. They arrived on site every day on time and carried out the works exactly as agreed and to the drawings issued .The end result was a dry stone wall as good as any you will see anywhere, when we handed the site over to the phone company concerned comments where passed as to how good it looked.ian draper DL Civil engineering ltd,Leigh Lancs.

Steve and his team were absolutely fantastic, start to finish they were professional and did a superb job for our extension and then all the plastering & joinery work on the inside. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending CS Housing for any building work - we will no doubt come to you guys again very soon for another little project we are thinking about. Thank you
