Very nice houses but the gardens which cost an extra £600 are a disgrace no thought at all spoils a new experience for first time couples

Looks like it will be nice when finished.. I was delivering insulation for the new homes.

Had dealings with Sean in Central Park Darlington. We were on holiday at the time. Sean was fantastic in the service he provided regarding details available to us. Via telephone and e mail. Friendly, informative whilst remaining professional at all times. Great agent / representative for Keep Moat Central Park Darlington. Thank you Sean .. Elaine and Alan.

Houses are so close together and over crowded. Barely any parking for people visiting, roads are extremely narrow and every house is over looked.

NEW builds, we went to collect item, I commented on how well they looked, purchaser said there's fault after fault....I said oh So I commented to wife so Keep moat Homes are on par with Harron Homes!
