We are delighted with service from CJK. We used them for a new patio, as well as new facias and some touch up pointing work. Can't praise them enough. The standard of their work was extremely high, they were v professional and courteous and their pricing was transparent as well as v competitive. No corners were cut and the quality of the work is obvious to see. Its been a game changer for us having the work done and we can now thoroughly enjoy sitting in our perfect outside space. Highly recommend. Thank you CJK 😊

We used CJK Builders in 2022 for our garden room and to knock a wall down between two rooms. David and his team, particularly Cameron, did an excellent job. David talked us through the job and advised us of any changes beforehand. The first and only time we've had a stress free time with workman doing work to our home over the years. They tidied up every day and cleaned the room after the wall came down. Very friendly, polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending David as he did amazing work for us.

We used CJK for our two-storey extension in 2023. Dave and the team were professional and efficient, identifying potential issues early, finding the best solution and accommodating our young family. We had several comments from the neighbours who were impressed by the work ethic. Dave obviously has an excellent relationship with the building regs officer and we got sign off no problem. We'll be using CJK for any future work!

When looking to repurpose space in our house, we approached CJK Builders and we're so glad we did. David's expertise and knowledge ensured we landed the best options and design to meet the brief. The work was carried out to a very high standard, with fantastic attention to detail resulting in a top class job. The communication was excellent, we knew what was happening and when, and every trade group that supported the job were brilliant to work with and very reliable. Even when COVID meant we had to adjust the timings, it was never a problem and plans changed to support everyone concerned. Whilst a smallish job, the end result is giving us so much pleasure and we've had a great Christmas with family enjoying the re-purposed space with some great comments on the outcome! I'd highly recommend David and CJK Builders. You won't find a more reliable, trustworthy, knowledgable and genuine company to deal with. Thank you - we absolutely love the work you've done and thoroughly enjoyed having you working here! Jude & George Robinson December 2021

I became aware of CJK builders through local recommendation and from the initial quote to the completion of the kitchen extension I found them extremely professional. A contract was drawn up with an agreed payment schedule which was subsequently followed. The standard of work was excellent and the extension build was completed on time. Throughout the build David and his team were easy to deal with and were flexible in accommodating last minute changes to the plans. They worked closely with the building inspector as the build progressed and on completion of the work all appropriate certificates were provided. I have no hesitation in recommending CJK Building Services to anyone requiring building work.
