You cannot go wrong with ALC Building Co. Anthony, Neil, Karl and Jonathan make a great team. They are thoroughly likable people who will always be welcome in my home. They were a pleasure to deal with and they exceeded my expectations. I had two projects completed: a full redevelopment of a shower room and installation of a ceiling in a very tricky loft. Both were completed to a highly professional standard and we are delighted with the results of their work. Everyone was hard working, with high standards and always responsive to the clients. They were careful of my home, tidy and cleaned up well. Trust me, if you want the best, go with ALC Building Co.

Thank you so much to Tosh and the lads for creating the perfect open space for my mam in her kitchen! They also created a wet room for her which is stunning! After years of being let down by previous builder they came and had it completed within 2 weeks! So professional in what they do would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Tosh & his team converted our single garage into a double. The whole team are friendly, and coudn't be more helpful, nothing was a problem to them. They are very professional through the complete process and make sure the job is completed to the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have all ready recommended them to a work colleague. Would be more than happy to use them again in the future should the need arise.

We had a utility room/kitchen extension with an added wet room area built onto the side of our house by ALC Building Co. We are absolutely delighted with the result, it exceeded our expectations, and are extremely grateful for the enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism shown by Tosh. Another builder we contacted before we met Tosh told us we couldn’t have a vaulted ceiling AND move the gas boiler flue. Wrong, we have a vaulted ceiling and the boiler flue moved! Tosh made suggestions that absolutely improved the project and guided us patiently through the process. A tip: contact Tosh at the very start of your project and use an architect recommended by him, and also use a private building inspector, again recommended by Tosh. It will save you heartache and potentially time and money. Also, if there are any hitches along the way Tosh remains calm and reassuring and always comes up with a solution. ALC liaises with other excellent professionals: bricklaying, Mally; electrical services, from Luke’s men; plumbing from John; and joinery, from roof timbers through to installing the kitchen units, from Dave. Tosh’s ALC team are second to none, all very friendly (it helps if you support Hartlepool United!) and supportive, in their aim to provide a top-class professional service for your project. From digging the foundations to putting that final piece of skirting board on. Thank you, Carl, there on day one, right through to the final day. Special mention for Jonny, an absolute human dynamo, that man can turn his hand at anything. Absolute perfectionist, whether plastering, or tiling. We highly recommend ALC for any building project without any reservation.

Great Experience!!! ALC Building Co didn't disappoint. What an excellent project they did!, They took my vision and brought it to life. ALC Building Co transformed my room from an empty shell into a bar/gaming room which is EPIC! As part of this project they took up the old flooring and replaced with new a laminate flooring. They built me a bar and a matching floating wall feature that shelves a projector and game console and they finished it of with wall lights, strip lights and a matching themed dartboard. I couldn't be happier with the outcome of this project. They were friendly, respectful and very clean and tidy. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALC Building Co to anyone seeking a trust worthy team for a room transformation or anything else.
