Build North Ltd recently replaced our roof structure. They were excellent from quote to completion, always keeping us updated and providing great advice and reassurance along the way. They were hard working and kept to both timescales and budget. We were really impressed with how they managed the whole project and they were an absolute pleasure to have working in our home. We are so pleased with the finished job and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future jobs.

We received excellent service from Build North Limited when they installed a supporting beam in our house. The timescales were very tight, but Ben, Carly and their team went the extra mile to squeeze our job in. They completed it to a superb standard and communicated clearly and quickly throughout the process. They were very careful when completing the work and they took care of the house and the space they were working in. If we require any building work in the future, we would use Build North Limited without hesitation.

An outstanding building firm. Highly skilled contractors and great communicators. Not only did they complete a complex and challenging build, on time and on budget, but they also empowered us, through explanation and demonstration, to take the project further ourselves. We are keen DIYers, and they very much worked with us, not for us. So impressed were we with Build North Ltd, we are hoping to work with them again on the next phase of our conversion/renovation project.

Build North completed a relatively small job for me (~£1,500). They were helpful in the quoting process, listening to our needs, discussing options and providing different quotes for those, whilst not adding any pressure. The work was completed to a good standard and I was particularly impressed with how the Build North team conducted themselves in our home. On time arrival, polite and friendly, they took care in setting up for the work so as not to make a mess in the house, and they explained the work done. Most importantly, they took time in doing a good job. Communication has been good throughout. I would use Build North again.

Amazing transformation, would totally recommend Build North Limited. Attention to details and professional workmanship throughout. Thank you so much
