We are absolutely over the moon with how our extension has turned out. The workmanship has been top class and the professionalism from start to finish has been second to none. It's clear AR all take great pride in what they do and the results speak for themselves. Careful planning, hard work and dedication from the lads have turned our vision in to a reality. Their support through our regular questions and queries was always reassuring. Everyone's banter was canny too and we will miss having them here. We would 100% recommend AR!

Simply can’t praise AR Building & Groundworks enough We’ve undertaken a full house build, which AR Builders have completed and fully project managed. Andrew and his team have been absolutely incredible. From start to finish their quality of work, knowledge, and professionalism has been exemplary. We couldn’t have taken on a build of this size without Andrew and the team on board. Nothing was a problem, nothing was an issue, it’s been phenomenal having them support us through every aspect of the build. Choosing Andrew and his team was the best decision we could have made.

I'm extremely happy with the work completed today by AR Building and Groundworks. A 2-day job to lay 20 metres of electrical conduit below my driveway, the team were efficient, accommodating, and very familiar with their work. The team had to dig through an unexpected concrete slab buried under my asphalt, and took that in their stride without complaint. The result is exactly as I had hoped and was well priced. Definitely happy to invite back for further work.

We’ve had an absolutely outstanding experience with Andrew and his team from start to finish. After a seamless garage conversion in October 2024, we didn’t hesitate to go ahead with a rear half extension and knock-through — and once again, they delivered above and beyond expectations. The quality of workmanship has been consistently excellent, with impressive attention to detail throughout every stage of the build. The team was professional, reliable, and courteous, always keeping the site tidy and showing great respect for our home. Andrew managed the entire process — everything was well-planned, communicated well, and executed efficiently. We were particularly impressed that the initial phase of the build was completed ahead of schedule in minus temperatures. Their transparency, commitment to high standards, and ability to stick to timelines made the whole experience as stress free as possible. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would 100% recommend Andrew and the team for any kind of building project. Truly a 5-star service from start to finish!

We hired AR Building & Groundworks to covert our garage to a bedroom with en-suit. I found the company fantastic from the beginning. The quotation was detailed and thorough, the work commenced on time, the workers were polite, courteous and respectful. Very easy to deal with and a great job overall upon completion. I'm really happy with the whole experience and will definitely use them again when we undertake our next project. Just need to finish decorating now. Top job, highly recommended 👍
