Arcadia have just completed a substantial kitchen project for us including some structural changes and installation of under floor heating. The results are superb. Everyone involved has been a pleasure to work with - from Garry and Dan managing and overseeing the project to all of the sub-contractors - all friendly, polite, and working to very high standards. The planning / logistics to get the right people in the right order was efficient, and we were kept well informed of next steps throughout the project, and Dan and Garry continually checked that we were happy with progress. We would not hesitate to use Arcadia again, or to recommend them to anyone else. Thank you very much Arcadia.

We have had the most amazing extension and remodelling of our home undertaken, from architect drawings through to completion. Every single person who has worked on it has been professional, polite, very good at problem solving and realistic - perfect when shoe-horning my often crazy ideas into a terraced house. I recently used Arcadia Builders to have had a kitchen extension built and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was highly professional, delivered real quality in every aspect of the build, and kept me fully updated throughout the entire process. Their advice on design was invaluable, helping me make choices that improved both the look and functionality of the space. They also work with excellent tradesmen — plumbers, electricians, joiners, decorators and more — all of whom clearly take pride in their craft. The workmanship is exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely professional company. Thanks so much to Garry, Liam and the team for giving me the kitchen I always dreamed of!

Hearing so many horror stories I was quite apprehensive about finding a reputable builder for our project which was quite a big one involving building a new double garage with guest room and bathroom above, converting the existing garage into a new room with an adjoining new orangrey, re landscaping the existing drive and a new patio. Arcadia builders were recommended to me by a friend who had seen them of working on a property next to his house. I can honestly say the quality of work they do is second to none. Garry, Dan, Wayne, Liam and their team were all so knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for them. They know the best people to work with be it electricians, tilers, decorators. We couldn't be more pleased with the final result. If you want quality workmanship and a professional job get I have no hesitation in recommending Arcadia builders. Richard Stirling, Piercebridge.
