We are absolutely delighted with our new garden and would highly recommend Graeme and his team. From our first meeting, Graeme was friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. Communication was excellent throughout the project, and we always knew what was happening and when. What impressed us most was his honesty and reliability – if Graeme said he would do something, he did it. The team were hardworking, professional and took real pride in their work. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and any questions we had were answered openly and honestly. The finished garden is exactly what we hoped for and has completely transformed the space. A genuinely trustworthy company that delivers high-quality work and great customer service. Thank you, Graeme and the team!

Highly recommend Parkinson Construction. Graham and his fantastic team have done multiple jobs for us including fitting new windows, installing stairs, bifold doors, and plenty of other work we asked for along the way. Every job was completed to a very high standard with great attention to detail. The whole team were reliable, hardworking, professional, and always left everything tidy at the end of the day. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Graham was great at communicating throughout the whole process. We’re extremely happy with all the work completed and wouldn’t hesitate to use Parkinson Construction again in the future.

Excellent craftsmanship!!! I am over the moon with the work Graeme and his team have done. Can highly recommend!!

Graeme & his team have recently completed renovations works on our house in Burnopfield, and I would not hesitate to recommend. I found Graeme on check-a-trade, and from the first meeting to talk through the job/quote – it was clear he was experienced and had good structural understanding, that I did not necessarily gauge from others. Our works included removal of full Chimney stack and internal wall with subsequent installation of supporting steels. Knocking through Kitchen dining room, to create open plan kitchen / diner, with separate utility room – and new UPVC French doors with new Kitchen to be installed and fitted Upstairs was an internal layout change of stud walls, stripping out a gally kitchen to create larger bedroom, ensuite space, airing cupboard and refurbished stairways. Externally we also had a green oak porch built, with slate tiles with sandstone slabs. Scope included all associated plumbing / wiring / structural works All work carried out to extremely high standard, and workplace always left clean / tidy at end of each day. Graeme and his full team were always polite, with the upmost respect for our property, and pride in work that they were doing. In terms of attention to detail – anything we spotted, Graeme had normally already seen himself (great eye for detail) – it was already on his own snag list, and he was never happy until everything was ticked off and complete (….gotta love a list!) Graeme worked with building control inspector as required – all work signed off without issue. I would not hesitate to recommend, and already have plans to use again. I’ll gladly talk through experience in more detail, if of use to anyone (I was in same position, new to area and therefore reliant on check-a-trade to hunt out a reliable tradesman, which is not always easy). Graeme has my contact details, so can pass on if required.

Graeme and his lads installed an RSJ in our kitchen and they were absolutely fantastic. Graeme was responsive to messages and explained the process to help put us at ease. When the work started he went above and beyond to ensure a quality finish and we couldn’t be happier. We would happily recommend Graeme and Parkinson Construction to anyone looking for a builder.
