These builders worked on the property next door and broke 3 of our fence panels which were promised to be replaced. After many times speaking with them that we were not happy with them damaging our property, nothing was done after saying they'd replace what they had damaged. They LIED, so just be wary with untrusty builders if you want them doing work on your property

Did a great job renovating a very old property and garage conversion.

Highly Recommend A&R Development Derby LTD for Professional Extension Work! We recently had A&R Development Derby LTD complete an extension on our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. What truly impressed us was the experience of working with a family business. A&R Development Derby LTD is a family-run company, and it shows in the positive and collaborative atmosphere. The main builder, Angrej Singh, is incredibly polite and has a "can-do" attitude. He was always happy to assist with other aspects of the project beyond the core build, including flooring, carpeting, windows, kitchen installation, and even blinds besides getting a nice driveway done for us. This one-stop-shop approach made the entire process much smoother and less stressful for us. Angrej Singh's son, Jaipee, is a qualified electrician and exemplifies the company's dedication to customer satisfaction. He was always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate any changes we requested, ensuring the electrical work perfectly fit our needs. Ratan Singh, the main plumber on the team, is another example of A&R Development Derby LTD's commitment to quality. His work is not only highly functional but also demonstrates exceptional craftsmanship. In addition to the above, A&R Development Derby LTD maintained the same high standards we experienced throughout the project: During the planning stages, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. The entire team displayed exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They kept the project on schedule and within budget. The team minimised disruption to our daily lives and kept the worksite clean and tidy. Overall A&R Development Derby LTD transformed our home with their expertise and dedication. They are a reliable, trustworthy company that prioritises customer satisfaction. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a home extension!

We recently had the pleasure of working with A & R Development Derby Ltd for the construction of our dream home at Nottingham and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to quality were truly outstanding. We highly recommend A & R Development Derby Ltd to anyone seeking a construction company that combines top-notch craftsmanship, transparent communication and passion for creating homes that exceed expectations. They have turned our dream into reality, for that we are forever grateful. Thank you to the entire team at A & R for their outstanding work and commitment to excellence.

Was passed details for these guys from family. They came to do a site check and told me it was a job they could do. I arranged to send them the full plans which was 22 pages of A1 sheets at a cost of £50 to me. Never heard anything back from them and didnt even reply to my messages. I dont think these guys are able to do large projects. Might be good for small extentions and bathrooms only. I would not recommend them
