Andy and his team were excellent in their work. I did not pay for the new bathroom until all the work was completed. I would recommend this team of workers.

Great service from Andy and his team. It was a small job, but Kyle and Adam arrived on time completed all the work tidied up all in two hours. Even replaced a few broken roof tiles at no extra cost. Will certainly use this company again.

I am very happy with the work that was completed by Andy’s team. My garden and balcony are now complete. Both Dan and Evan were absolutely fantastic throughout, they are both very professional and respectful and I enjoyed them being at the house. I was looking for a new plastic Cupola Vent for the stables but Andy at Melbourne Property Services said that I wouldn't be pleased with a plastic one but to go for a bespoke wooden one, which I did. They have just completed the job and it looks amazing. Andy arranged for the cupola to be made, scaffolding erected and the cupola to be fitted and finished with a lead top and painted in white. Andy's fitter, Dan, was a true craftsman with meticulous attention to detail when fitting it into the roof. This is the 2nd project they have done for my family, both excellent. Can highly recommend.
