I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Miller Homes, particularly concerning unresolved issues with my property and interactions with their staff. Despite multiple attempts to address snags and service deficiencies, there has been a lack of proactive response and effective communication from the team, including instances of unprofessional conduct by a staff member, which was neither acknowledged nor appropriately addressed. Promises such as conducting a heat survey were delayed without reasonable justification, leaving issues unresolved for months. The continuous need for follow-ups on my part to chase updates and the slow response times have made my experience frustrating. I had hoped for a much more attentive and customer-focused service from a reputable company like Miller Homes. Unfortunately, the reality has not met these expectations. I urge potential customers to consider this feedback when making their decision, as the aftercare service plays a crucial role in the satisfaction with your new home.

After 6 months we are still trying to resolve an issue in respect to the width of a driveway where we have to step on another person's land to get out of a vehicle.

I know they were probably busy prior to my visit but the young folk in there don't know how to clean properly I find it everywhere there are mostly younger people working , if I didn't want to just use the internet I would of walked back out straight away that said I did order a burger cautiously though. I didn't want to touch any surfaces as I could see all the glass and handles were left with greasy hand prints everywhere especially just after COVID you have to wonder Huw it was all spread in the first place in England and Cornwall, I think I might now why ! Plus the burgers are getting smaller surely ?

Friendly staff at the sales office, slightly better offering than Redrow but more expensive as a lot of what you see is extra. Estate has a good uncluttered feel.
