Both our chimneys needed repointing to stop water coming in. Steve arranged to get scaffolding up and then took videos to show us exactly what needed doing. They came as soon as we accepted the quote and when they finished Steve showed us videos of what they had done. We were very happy with their service and Gemma was brilliant at responding really quickly to any queries and co-ordinating everything. We would definitely use them again.

Good honest professional workmen. Did a great job on chimney, repointing and flash leading. Had ridge tiles changed to dry ridge system, looks lovely. Had sofits, facious and guttering replaced, also looks lovely. They turned up on time, and when expected. Kept me informed alway through process. Wernt pushy with their advice. Made sure everything was clean , took away rubbish. All in all good workmanship. Would definitely recommend. So thankyou, Steve, Jack, Kyle and Gemma.

ST Builders completed some work on our very high-level roof. They arranged for scaffolding to be erected, checked that it had arrived, set a date for starting work and also checked in the day before to see that everything was ready. They turned up on time, worked very hard and completed the job on time. Throughout the task, Steve kept us informed of progress using photographs and videos to show issues on the roof and then the completed work. The builders were pleasant and cheerful and worked extremely hard and we were very pleased with the finished result.

Excellent work from start to finish. They were really helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why, even showing me videos of the issues on the roof so I could clearly understand everything. The price was very reasonable, and the work was completed to a high standard. They arrived on time, kept everything tidy and were professional throughout. The finished result looks great, and I feel confident the problem is fully sorted. I’d definitely recommend them!

Under the superb organisation of Gemma, - Steve and the team fully refurbished my chimney stack and removed my mortar held ridge tiles replacing them with a dry ridge system. On completion of the work and without prior warning, I went onto the roof and carried out a close up, hands on, inspection. I was extremely impressed by the work they had carried out. Timely, efficient, friendly, very professional and very competitively priced, I would not hesitate to re-engage or recommend them.
