We had a garage conversion done in the autumn of 2023 by Josan Construction and his team. We are very happy with the high standard of work. We are grateful for Josan Construction and his team in all the hard work they have done. We now have more living space and a ground floor toilet which is a big plus. We would highly recommend and we will definitely be using again Josan Construction and his team for your building works.

We approached Josan Construction to complete some renovation work approx 10 months ago and have recently asked the team to complete a bathroom renovation. The team have continued to exceeded our expectations. Not only do the they arrive on time, daily but they are friendly, honest, respectful and very accommodating. I would recommend Josan Construction to anyone on the search for a reliable builder. Thank you once again, we are over the moon with our new bathroom.
