Very pleased with our kitchen and utility room extension designed and built by Palcan. Great advice, well managed to schedule and budget - great people and a first class job.

Palcan Construction converted my garage into a workshop/den. Rami produced a professional design and project plan; and the work was completed flawlessly, on budget and on time. I would recommend them without question.

We asked Rami to quote for a utility room extension on a bungalow we had recently moved into, without any prior knowledge of his work. It soon became clear that he was very professional and knew what he was talking about. Once we accepted his quotation we received detailed plans and a schedule of work, with regular updates as and when necessary. He also applied for building control approval and submitted the relevant documents with copies to ourselves. As with all building work the occasional problem arose but these were always sorted out very quickly. All the sub contractors who Rami employs are very good at there respective trades and work for him on a regular basis, and so he knows there capabilities. We are very pleased with the finished result and would highly recommend Palcan Construction for any building work.

These guys went above and beyond any other building service I have experienced. They managed everything themselves from design consultations, load calculations (no need to civil engineer), local authority planning applications, all trades and services and even created a kitchen on the patio in a gazebo while they were building our new kitchen. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We recently had an extension built by Palcan Construction, and we’re absolutely delighted with the outcome. Rami, who heads the company, was brilliant—his design ideas and attention to detail were second to none. The builders were always on time, worked diligently, and left the place tidy at the end of each day, which made the whole process so much easier. We would highly recommend Palcan Construction to anyone looking for top-notch craftsmanship and a team that really cares about getting it right.
