We have recently had our garage/utility/dining room made into one open plan space, it is now unrecognisable in a good way. It has made such a change and this is all down to Dave Reynolds, Nantwich building services LTS. What you get with Dave is a guy that gives you a date of when he is coming and he doesn't let you down. If something unforeseen happens he lets you know and keeps you informed. Dave is a straight forward type of man, and always keeps you up to date with the progress of the job, in understandable terms. He doesn't mince his words, and if advice is needed, he advises in an understandable way. He is easy to work with and the finished job is amazing.

Nantwich Building Services recently done an extension for us, knocked through kitchen wall making a beautiful open plan kitchen and lounge area. My family and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished job. Straight from the beginning, applying for Building regulations Dave has been helpful. Dave gave me a clear start date which made things easy for me with having a very busy work life. Dave is trustworthy and reliable, always punctual, he gets on with the job so things gets done on time. He is very thorough, giving attention to detail. Dave can do anything, from building an entire house, to smaller extensions to many other jobs, he made us a beautiful fence in between waiting for windows to be delivered. Dave is a highly skilled builder, workmanship is flawless. My family visiting from New York has commented on how impeccable his work is. The tradesmen he employ joiner, roofer, plasterer, electrician and plumber are all highly skilled in their field. Dave has been polite and very respectful of my property throughout the entire project. Cleaned up neat and tidy every day. Always protecting everywhere from dust and grit and taking off shoes if he ever needed to enter the house. I would highly recommend Nantwich Building Services for any building project.

We live in a property that is almost 300 years old. Dave at Nantwich Building services has done countless jobs for us over the 15 years that we have lived here, including resolving some subsidence, completely re-roofing the property, foundations for wooden outbuildings and many small jobs. His knowledge, experience, and standard of work is superb. Last but not least, his charges are reasonable. I have found Dave to be honest and trustworthy.

I hope this reviews does Dave justice. We had Dave with us from June to April. He built & project managed our reconfiguration of our downstairs kitchen, utility, boot room & living room. Dave is trustworthy, reliable, conscientious & extremely hard working. He only has one project at a time to enable him to concentrate on that & give you his full attention. Throughout the work Dave was friendly, explained & answered all our questions & concerns. He came up with ideas & cost saving solutions to help us. Any problems that came along he confidently solved them, putting us at ease. Having him on site for such a long time he minimised any distribution & always respected our privacy. All the trades people he worked with had this same ethic. We had a carpenter, electrician, plumber, plasterers, roofers & tilers all at the house towards the end. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone considering a building project. He is truly one of the best. I can not thank him enough.

When starting out on our single-story extension project, we invited 5 builders from Crewe/Nantwich area to visit us and discuss ideas. Dave stood out because he filled us with confidence due to his previous experience with complicated steel support installations. As soon as he started on the job we could tell we had made the right decision. Dave has a meticulous attention to detail, very good communication throughout and professional in his manor. We have recommended Dave and his services to 2 other sets of friends who have gone on to hire him. Thanks Dave.
