Craig and team at CWN Construction replaced a dilapidated conservatory style roof on our kitchen extension with a magnificent flat roof with a 3.0 metre long roof light incorporated into it. Rendered the external walls and fitted a new back door. Great work. Clean, tidy and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

We wanted an internal wall between our kitchen and dining room knocked down to make it open plan. Craig and Albie from CWN Construction worked out exactly how to best accomplish this and arranged a highly competent, friendly and efficient specialist team, including builders, an electrician, a plumber, a carpenter, plasterers, etc, because the project necessitated electrical plug sockets, pipes and radiators being relocated/replaced and walls and ceilings being plastered. Also, we wanted an exterior window replaced with some French doors and a couple of doorways blocked up. They were even able to offer suggestions above and beyond what we had initially considered, in order to provide the best possible result, including moving some troublesome pipes which ultimately gave us more storage space, and shifting the window across which improved the general layout immeasurably. During this extensive renovation, the team were incredibly conscientious and always ensured that everything was left as neat and tidy as possible at the end of each day. In addition, they were able to offer a more competitive price for installing our brand new kitchen than it would have been for the kitchen manufacturers to install it themselves. They then accomplished this immaculately. We would definitely recommend them and, in fact, we are looking to engage them again, ourselves, for a further decorating job imminently.

Due to a great amount of garage contents in storage we needed to quickly construct a double garage to add to our new build home after being let down by the developer who renegaded on the contract to construct one as part of our purchase ( see you in court!!). We tendered the project and received eight quotations but from the start we were really impressed by Craig at CWN and his very professional, detailed and clear quote. Therefore, we were pleased to offer him the contract after reaching a mutually agreed price and payment schedule. Craig and his team commenced a week later and the whole project was completed virtually on time only delayed a little by weather conditions. His workers were so helpful and pleasant as were all the sub contractors doing their utmost to keep the site tidy and providing timely and helpful information as to what was taking place and planned. Craig visited the site frequently and ensured the work was on schedule and meeting his high standards. We discussed progress with him and worked with him to adapt and add features which enhanced the development. For example shelving and a substantial upper floor with easy access for additional storage. and a pathway to our rear gate entrance. The build was also future proofed as, if ever needed, it would prove an easy conversion to, for example, a gym, office or even an annex. We are so please with the completed project which blends in so well with the existing house. We highly recommend CWN as a professional and friendly family company who take a real pride in their work and produce projects to a very high standard. We would be pleased to speak personally to anyone who are thinking of employing CWN - just ask Craig to put you in touch with us.

I contacted CWN as I wanted to combine my small dining room and galley kitchen, adding a single storey extension to the rear of my property to create a larger, open living space. I was impressed by the range of services offered; from guidance through the planning stage, the expertise of their architect and also their kitchen design service. Craig, Albie and their team worked seamlessly to create the living area that was right for me ensuring the most efficient use of the new space available to also incorporate a utility and shower room and much needed extra storage space. Every one was polite, hard working and happy to answer the many questions I posed. Regular site meetings ensured everything was on track and the results exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I needed a replacement porch and to have it all tiled. I contacted CWN after a friend had used them previously and had all great things to say about them, Craig came and priced up the job, I was very happy with the cuttings and went ahead with the quote. All the guys that came to the house were lovely, tidy and friendly and seemed very good at what they did, and I am very happy with the end result. Highly recommended.
