Sam and his team has done a great job when I ask him to replace the shower. Not only he visited he also asked one of his plumber to do a visit. This has allowed to assess the work correctly. Sam got sick during work but he continued to work with his team and get the job done. The great thing about Sam he treats small and big job alike. I will highly recommend him.

I was very happy with the work organised by Academy Concepts. The staff in the office were very professional listening to my requirements. I had had a previous bad experience with another company but Sam put me at ease and explained everything well. I purchased a composite door, Kitchen door and window, bi-fold patio doors and a garage side door and window. The price of all the works was within my budget. I have been able to do other works with Academy Concepts and they have been very helpful at organising and sorting out other problems in my home and little and no cost. The contractors used were very professional, trustworthy and understanding. All waste materials were removed and disposed of professionally. I can highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Recently had great renovation work done by Sam and the Academy Concepts team to my home — the finish is top-quality.

Academy concepts were amazing with my home renovation. Sam and his team added a loft conversion exactly how I envisioned and I couldn’t be happier. Couldn’t recommend anymore than I already do!

I hired Sam and the team from Academy Concepts more than two years ago to do a loft conversion, a porch and some internal works but I am very disappointed how things were handled. Although they did a good job overall, but the place was left in a complete mess and all my neighbours did complain about it. We had to clean things ourselves. The worse thing is that they did not work closely with the building when doing the loft conversion and I now have five items still open and the building control is unable to issue the certificates more than two years after the job was completed. Despite phone calls and emails reminders, they are yet to provide the evidences that they did comply with the necessary requirements. Now my emails are unanswered and this not acceptable. I would never recommend them.
