We recently had Grant Builders complete an outbuilding for us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The workmanship is excellent, the project was completed on time and within budget, and the team kept the site tidy throughout. There was one week when the project fell slightly behind schedule due to the weather, but Leon’s management was fantastic — he immediately brought in extra workers to get everything back on track, which we really appreciated. As the build came together, some of the team made helpful suggestions for small alterations when they saw I was unsure about certain details. Every suggestion was practical and made perfect sense, and I’m so glad I took their advice — without it, I think there are a few things I might have regretted later. We’re absolutely thrilled with the finished outbuilding and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grant Builders to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, great communication, and a reliable, professional team.

Grant and the team from Grant Builders Ltd created an inspirational additional future extension design that was fundamental in our decision to purchase a new build house from plan. This involved gaining additional council planning approval for the design, consent in principle and relief on caveats from the prime builder after purchase. On completion Grant would then takeover and transform the house with the additional new extension into the family home that it is today. We succeeded, moved in, the project was started, delivered ahead of schedule and to budget. Grant and the team made the whole process as painless as it could be by minimising disruption whilst mindful that we had just moved in to this new build which was now to being taken apart. The team were totally professional and friendly at all times. We have subsequently recommended Grant to friends who have also benefited with transformational changes to their properties. They will not be the cheapest because they deliver quality at an affordable real price whilst being transparent about any real potential cost exposures. Thank you.

The team from Grant Builders were first class, on time, very professional attitude, trustworthy, very helpful and knowledgable with information for overall works and any changes we agreed to the pre designed architectural drawings for our remodelling ground floor kitchen and rear extension. We had minimal input as it was project managed by them therefore taking the strain from ourselves. Teething problems and call back to remedial works were again dealt with promptly and efficiently. More importantly the project was to budget and effectively on time. We would have no hesitation in using them again and definitely recommend to others people considering works.

We had a single storey extension with pitch roof, vaulted ceiling and external and internal bifold doors. All the work was done to a very high standard, met all planned completion dates, dealt with issues and minor changes quickly and to our satisfaction. Leon, Katherine and their team were absolutely brilliant. Would definitely recommend Grant Builders as in my opinion they are most certainly trustworthy and reliable and did a fantastic job. Thank you.

We'd have no hesitation in recommending Grant Builders. Our home needed some serious renovation. We decided upon a side extension and loft extension, rewiring and central heating. The whole house was affected. They communicated effectively and we collaborated well throughout the build, enabling us to live in the house pretty much the whole time work went on around us. The office back-up was amazing and when difficulties arose - hard to get materials - Grant's always had a plan. We had a core team that came every day. Always on time. Polite and considerate. And when extra trades were needed Grants managed them well. Crucially they delivered on time and to budget. We're thrilled. Naturally there have been snags once the build finished and they've followed up every tiny thing. We cannot fault them.
