We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Jordan and the team. From start to finish, communication was excellent, and the whole team were professional, highly experienced, and a pleasure to have around. Having your kitchen out of action can be stressful, but they made the whole experience far more manageable with their friendly, approachable attitude. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and on the couple of occasions where we weren’t completely happy with something, they didn’t hesitate to put it right without any fuss. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely lovely team.

Jordan and his team have been fantastic from the start. Ours was a relatively small project; just taking some internal walls down to open up our lounge, kitchen and dining room. Throughout the whole process, from start to end, Jordan and the team were efficient, we were kept in the loop for every decision, everything was left clean and tidy each evening, to the point where we were able to host a family gathering midway through the work! We are in a great place to carry on with the next part of our refurbishment, getting the space ready for a new kitchen, and the team will be coming back to help us with some of this as and when we need their expertise. I would highly recommend using SS9 Design & Build for any project, large or small!

We choose SS9 Build and Design from recommendation and the professional quote we received. We would highly recommend them due to their professional experience, great communication. Jordan and his team were very friendly and took great respect for our house whilst the build was in progress. The work was outstanding and if we needed to change or a problem it was no trouble for them to amend it. We thank Jordan and his team for making our house into a home. We are extremely pleased with the new layout .

UPDATE: Jordan and his team recently worked on our stairs, landing and bathroom, and we’re really happy with the results. As before, communication was excellent, and Jordan worked incredibly hard to get everything completed before our move-in date, which we really appreciated. So pleased we chose to go with Jordan and his team! As first-timers with this kind of work, we really appreciated how patient and supportive Jordan has been throughout the process. He’s been great at keeping us updated and explaining everything clearly, which made a big difference. We’re really happy with the work that’s been done and already plan to have more carried out by the team.

Very happy with all the work Jordan and his guys have done for us. Jordan took care of organising all the different trades in and out and kept us in the picture throughout with constant communication. All work has been done to a high quality - would definitely recommend
