I would highly recommend Dua Construction Ltd for any building works. Zafer and his team went up and beyond to fulfil my project. They are very professional and will fulfill any work to the highest standard. I would be happy to give a reference for this company. If you are looking for any renovations or extension you will not find a better company based of experience, speed, price and the work is completed at the highest of standard. Thank you Miss Brown

Dua Construction was recommended to me by a family member and came highlight rated. I had a whole floor added to my house with a new roof as well as internal work like new staircases, etc. The quality of work and service provided was excellent. It's been 2 and a half years since then (I forgot to leave a review!) and I can honestly recommend Dua Construction. Zafar and his team were absolutely brilliant. They were very accommodating and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. They got the job completed to my satisfaction and within a reasonable time frame. Living at the property during such a major construction project was a worry, especially with kids and elderly parents, but the team were fantastic and made it pain free. Zafar was a gentleman throughout. I didn't need to do anything as he handled everything. Building control sign off, etc. After the job was finished, we had a minor issue that needed a fix a year later and Zafar sent someone to fix it with no issues. Overall, I highly recommend Dua Construction.

Zafar and his team completed our loft conversion in East Barnet in January 2025. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were attentive, quick, very competitivly priced, and Zafar always made sure to keep us in the loop of progress and helped to advise us on how to get the most out of the space we had. Even recently, when I contacted them about a tile that had done loose over the last year, there was no issue, they came round at the next convenience and sorted the issue at no extra charge or fuss. The attention to detail, particularly at the price we paid compared to what other companies were asking for the same job was too quality. Highly recommend.

Zafar and his team completed our extension, along with other requests across our Victorian home, including a kitchen install, bathroom remodel and new toilet room. All his staff were respectful and polite and were happy to tweak any items on the way through. We can't commend his and his team's patience enough in the process! The finished building we are very happy with, and he was very well priced compared to many other quotes we got for the same job. Thank you Zafar!
