After a disastrous start to our full-house renovation four years ago, I approached Phase 2 of the project with significant apprehension. The builder I hired for Phase 1 mismanaged the entire process, leaving me wary and frustrated. That's when I did extensive research and found Bush Builders, led by the brilliant brothers David and Rick. Hiring them was, without question, the best decision I made for my home. From our very first meeting, David and Rick impressed me with their practicality and straightforward, easy-to-talk-to nature. Phase 2 involved changing the front part of the house, renovating a powder room, and building the vital foundation for our kitchen/dining extension. As is common with older properties, we uncovered a few significant surprises, but David and Rick handled every challenge without too much fuss. Furthermore, the entire team working under them were highly professional, reflecting the strong standards and organization set by David and Rick themselves. They successfully completed the final and most ambitious phase—the spectacular kitchen/dining extension. This included installing a huge 6m bifold opening and raising the garden level to build a patio, perfectly achieving that sought-after inside-out feel. The project was managed seamlessly, and they kept me constantly updated on progress. The end product is fantastic and executed to an incredibly high standard. A fellow builder once told me: anyone can become a builder, which is why finding one who is practical, organized, deals with issues promptly, completes work on time, delivers a high standard, and doesn't overcharge is so difficult. I can wholeheartedly say that Bush Builders has ticked every single one of those boxes for me. I recommend David and Rick and their team without hesitation to anyone looking to undertake any building work, from the simplest renovation to the most complex extension. They are true professionals.

Choosing a builder can be a daunting and very stressful experience but with Bush Builders we needn't have worried. Our project included a complete kitchen and utility room overhaul, the replacement of French doors with a smaller window and the renewal of all internal doors. The work was completed by all, subcontractors included, to a very high standard and to schedule. The house (inside and outside) was left each day in a clean and tidy state and everything was done to ensure that we were 100% satisfied with the work. We couldn't be happier andcwould recommend the services of Bush Builders without hesitation. Thank you Rick & George for all your hard work.

We have used Bush builders twice now. Once for a full home reno and more recently to do our patio. They are a fab company to deal with. Dave genuinely strive to make sure you are happy as a customer and is always around to contact. Then we had Rick and George doing the work in the house. Both really nice, highly skilled guys. I would recommend Bush Builder to anyone looking to get work done.

Found on Google search. Their work is of an exceptional standard and we were kept fully informed of the daily programme. Often trades don't turn up and no reason given which is very frustrating. With Bush Builders we were kept fully informed by telephone or message. Well done a very nice job. Now onto the next phase.

We were recommended this builder because he had done a wraparound on my old street so when I moved to a bungalow, we decided to use him. The work done, was an extension out the back and down the side, removal of an old garage and a new bathroom. The quality of the work by the roofers, brickie and (Decorator) were fantastic. The owner Mr Bush (Dave) was very contactable and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and any issues or problems that arose were rectified very quickly. I would recommend this building company.
