What can I say. You hear about horror stories about building firms,on either Facebook or other social platforms. It's daunting trying to find a good builder. Well I found a great builder in Danny Pearce building Ltd. Polite and prompt. Takes his time making sure he knows what tasks he's asked of him. Answers the mobile when you call him. Puts in the graft and really professional work. I'm having him back in the next couple of months, for second phase of my project, that he has just completed for me. If your looking for a good honest builder. This is the company.

I posted for some concreting as a base for a new greenhouse. I only had one response but it was a very good response and at a fair price. Danny worked from 8am to past 3pm in the freezing cold, and his work ethic is special and I felt that I was being treated. I have already asked him to quote for additional work on my house.

Re-rendered our garage front & back. Replaced wood where necessary, a window & door frames & then painting to match existing design. Danny was professional & carried out the work to a high standard. Would definitely use Danny's company in future.

Danny was very quick to come and do some quotes for me. I found him to be reliable, friendly and very helpful at every stage. I was very satisfied with the prices he quoted and the work he carried out. Danny even thought of me when he came across a fireplace grate (which he knew I was looking for) and delivered it to me at no additional cost. Thank you!

Danny has completed a big piece of remedial work for us on our porch. This included concreting up a large void in the floor whilst protecting pipework and cables, making a template to edge around and over these with boarding, screeding and levelling. Danny and Dylan took their time and were meticulous. Very professional, pleasant to work with and happy for questions at any time. Would highly recommend Danny and we will certainly keep his number.
