Was a bit nervous about getting a loft conversion done, but Danny and his team were amazing. The process was stress free and they worked really hard. They were friendly, always showed up early and were considerate about cleaning up and removing any dust/mess. Danny is very professional, keeps you informed at every step and genuinely cares about your home and the job being done well. Rob was also really helpful with general advice on decorating. Really happy with the final result and will definitely used this company again if I need work doing. Would highly recommend.

If you want a professional service from a builder you can trust, someone who's knowledgeable, who value's your time and property then choose Danny Chalker, Chalker Construction. A few years ago I was selling my house in Gidea Park when the flat roof was blown off during a storm. I called several roofers for an emergency repair but to nobody was available and willing to help. My friend recommended Danny Chalker. I gave Danny a call explained the situation and within 2 days he had a roofer from his team repairing the damage. Danny's quick response saved my home suffering further damage and ensured the sale wasn't delayed. Just last week I needed a foundation base constructed in my back garden for a log cabin I'm due to have fitted in a few days. Danny's team arrived just after 7am on a Saturday, they worked through the day and the burning hot sun until the job was completed at 3pm. I was really impressed by just how carefully the measured up and ensured the foundation was level, straight and square. They were careful not to create any mess and removed any mess which had been created. Danny charged a fair price for a hard day's work and professional job. Very pleased 😀.

We used Chalker Construction to complete our bathroom project and we are so very pleased with it. The whole process from start to finish was really great. He’s really professional and knowledgeable and offered great advice. His team are great with special mention to Gerry who fitted the bathroom for us. It was done to a really high spec and the attention to detail was fantastic. We are so happy with it and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

The Chalker Construction team are highly skilled, professional, and friendly. They completed a dormer loft conversion with an ensuite bathroom for us and we were impressed with the build and spacious layout. There were a few snags along the way as the stairs had to be relocated but the team managed to get things resolved and we are pleased with the outcome.

Danny’s team are a very hard working team. Start early and keep going throughout the day. A very versatile, nice group of guys and a pleasure to have around. Professional and achieve great results. We had an extension, kitchen remodel to make an additional bathroom, remodel an existing bathroom, external insulation , patio & power to a log cabin. A very long and involved project that I am most happy with. ( the year before they replaced a Staircase , created an additional bedroom and reinstated a sitting room. Thanks to Danny and team 👍🏻
