We are very pleased with our house extension and new kitchen/diner/utility space completed by Hylands Homes. This has given us a beautiful open plan space leading to an amazing patio also built by Hylands and views to the garden. The work was completed to a high quality, the team were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jon & Ben kept us well informed via the WhatsApp group and expertly managed the specialist trades/their team so that the project finished on time. Our thanks to everyone involved in creating what is now a great space for us to live in.

Hylands homes have been incredible throughout. Response times, more importantly reliability and attention to detail has been second to none. We whole heartedly recommend. They are very trustworthy and the workmanship has been perfect. Thanks to Ben, Jon and the team.

We used Hylands Homes for prebuild assistance on our extension plans once we had approval. They were excellent at translating the plans into designs, were incredibly knowledgable and flexible when we decided we needed to change things and also gave us excellent advise when considering different elements of the build. Both Jon and Katrina were friendly, helpful and patient with us and our experience with them was first rate.

We love our extension. Delighted with the finished result. All the staff at Hylands Homes were professional and produced a quality build. Our extension was complex involving existing under floor heating to our second floor and steels put in place via a crane delivery over the roof. I knew that with Jon and Ben and their team we were in safe hands and the finished result is testament to that. Thank you both we would certainly not hesitate to recommend you.

Hylands Homes have been fantastic in delivery of our side extension with Jon and Ben taking full responsibility for running the project, keeping in close contact with us throughout and responding quickly to all our questions. All the teams that we saw were really hard working, collaborative and friendly with top quality workmanship and attention to detail. It wasn't straight forward with piling and lots of steels (and a family of four living in amongst it all) but the whole team were really creative and pragmatic in solving all issues and we are extremely happy with the result. Ben in particular was excellent at explaining everything across all parts of the build and never ever gave up until things were just right which we really appreciated. The build did take much longer than was originally expected but the team kept us up to date at all times.
