I have used Andy and his teams on numerous occasions on different contracts over the years. These include full bathroom refits, external brick and roof work including wall, garage rebuilds , groundwork etc. Most of the works were insurance company/provider based and policyholders and companies contracted to, were always fully satisfied with the workmanship, and service provided by Andy and his workforce. Andy was brilliant from the start. We planned refurbishing our newly bought home. He noted our requirements, gave us a competitive quote and his team did an amazing job with plastering wall, flooring, electrical works, etc., within the timeframe. He also updated us regularly, which was quite helpful as we were living in a different place while the works were carried out. I highly recommend Andy and his team!

We had Andy at Astor Group complete a partial refurbishment. He was attentive and professional throughout. His plasterers and decorators were quick and tidy. The electrical team were outstanding. Easy to deal with and full of great suggestions. Would definately have them back!

I recently completed a full home refurbishment and renovation with Astor Group, at chester ch14bw area and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, Andy provided excellent advice on where I could save money during the improvement planning stage. His practical suggestions really helped me manage costs without compromising on quality. The scope of work included: Full room laminate flooring installation Complete new electrical work throughout the house Dimmable lighting switches in every room and bathroom USB-integrated switches in selected rooms Ethernet switches and wired internet connections to every room Wired fire alarm system Skirting board installation Bathroom door replacement with a sliding door Painting and decorating At the start of my project, I had contacted another builder who charged me for RSJ wall work and plastering but delayed the project for nearly a month without giving a clear start date. Fortunately, I met Andy at the right time. He took over the job, organised everything properly, and completed all the work within the agreed timeframe. The workmanship, professionalism, communication, and time management were excellent. Everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. I highly recommend Astor Group to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled professionals for home renovation work.

I used Andy and his team for a kitchen extension which involved the building of the extension along with a complete re-fit of the kitchen. They were extremely helpful and polite and were considerate to both our family and our neighbours. Andy kept us fully updated as the works went on and the work carried out was completed to a professional standard and within the budget quoted. Will definitely use them again for our next project and have no hesitation in recommending them.
