C&W building did a terrific job of installing a downstairs cloakroom for me. Wayne and his assistants were extremely professional but also polite and friendly. They always turned up when expected and endeavoured to carry out the work with the least disruption possible.

We are never disappointed with the service and quality of Wayne’s garden projects. He remodelled our garden a few years ago and has recently built a gazebo on decking as well as replacing a long boundary fence. Most importantly Wayne listens to what we require and then suggests a few creative tweaks that enhance the end product. We highly recommend C&W Building Ltd. John and Gill, Loves Farm.

Wayne and his team were great. He provided a prompt, reasonable quote for a joist replacement/sistering that we needed done to fix a previous electrical installation that had completely compromised the existing joist. They arrived on time, were very friendly and polite, completed the works as planned and charged a reasonable rate for it. Couldn't fault them. Would definitely go to them again for any similar building issues we encounter in the future!

Don’t hesitate to use this company! They’re very competitive, totally reliable and trustworthy. Wayne, the owner, is brilliant at communicating and so helpful, the quality of their work is excellent. They also turn up when they say they will. I had no knowledge of them before they carried out the complete refurbishment of a flat 200 miles from where I live. They do big and small jobs too. It couldn’t have gone better, thanks Wayne.

Wayne and Tom have just finished a 3 month build project for us, renovating much of our house and also our garden. I knew of their quality having seen the work performed on another property - I am very pleased with the work they’ve done, and very glad that we contracted with them. As novice renovators we were guided through the process by Wayne. I very much appreciated his pragmatism and integrity when helping us to define and price the project. Communication throughout has been exceptional, and their flexibility in accommodating adjustments as the project evolved has been brilliant. Wayne and Tom are highly skilled, work incredibly well as a team, and worked well with us to ensure the best outcome - their diligence in getting even the smallest details right and to a quality finish has been very much appreciated. They are tidy, respectful and good fun - having them in the house for the last 3 months has not felt like a chore. If you want a builder who will work with you & deliver exceptional quality for you then look no further.
