David, Rob and team have recently insulated with Diathonite, plastered and done other works on an old cottage renovation for me. Couldn’t have been more helpful throughout and knowledgable about solid stone buildings. House now much warmer. High standard of work, great communication and happy to work around me/other trades. Thanks!

Could not recommend Dave and the DMB building team enough. They did a complete new build for me and my family in Cumbria and we are thrilled with the result. Nothing was ever too much for Dave he always talked everything through with us so we could understand and this lead to us not having one cross word through the entire build. If you are doing a new build in cumbria you really must contact DMB building

We have been tremendously impressed with DMB Building Ltd throughout the entire process of construction. David and all of his team are incredibly skilled, efficient and friendly. From the onset of construction, David communicated daily with us (and our neighbours) to ensure that we were fully informed as to the timeframe and logistics of construction. The site was left clean and tidy at all times and all of David's team turned up when promised. Everything was done to the highest of standards and David went above and beyond to ensure that the build was exactly how we wanted it. I would highly recommend DMB Building Ltd to anyone wanting a top quality build by professional and trustworthy staff.

Do not hesitate to book this building company! They are outstanding! From the first time Dave said he’d meet me to the last time, he always turned up on that day at the arranged time. His communication was brilliant and he kept me informed if his team weren’t going to turn up the next day due to very bad weather. He advised me on aspects I hadn’t considered and went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the work being done. Dave has a great team who just got on with the work from beginning to end and did a fantastic job. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for them - working outside in rain on most days! They built an amazing walled patio which I am delighted with. Thanks Dave and team!

We were very impressed with all of the work DMB Building Ltd have done on the extension to our home. The quality of the work and attention to detail was superb. We were very happy that the work was done on schedule. It was also a real delight to have a team of builders who communicated so well with us as customers, on site, by email and on the phone keeping us in the loop with all the work at each stage. We would strongly recommend them !
