We are so pleased with our new home! Washington Homes have been brilliant throughout. Rebekah from the estate agent has also been fantastic. Duncan was great when he handed the keys over and explained the house to us. The company seems to have a lot of care for their work and aftercare. We love the house, it’s been really well thought out and done perfectly for us! It’s been a great experience and would never hesitate to buy a home with them in the future! We have nothing but positive praise for both Rebekah and site manager Duncan for all their help before and following our move to Strawberry Meadows. Rebekah was so helpful before our move advising and supporting us while we waited on others to provide information to enable the move to take place. Duncan has assisted us in getting adaptations made to our bungalow to enable my husband regain his independence and generally make life so much easier for us both. As everyone knows moving home is a stressful experience, getting everything aligned is never a easy thing, you need help along the way to make things run has smoothly has they can! We couldn't be happier with our first home! The location is absolutely perfect - peaceful and well-connected, with everything we need close by. The finish throughout the property is exceptional, with real attention to detail and a high-quality feel in every room. We have just moved into our new home and the team have been, and continue to be, extremely helpful, whether that's Rebekah (Grisdales sales rep) or Duncan/Matty (site managers). The finish in the house is far better than others I've seen and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone onto the layout.
