We recently had a bedroom and en-suite extension completed on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, McKnight's were professional, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with. The communication throughout the project was excellent — they always arrived when expected, kept us informed with next steps and timelines, and involved us with all decisions that needed to be made. The final result is outstanding. Every detail has been finished to a high standard, and the new extension blends perfectly with the existing house. The en-suite looks fantastic, and the bedroom has completely transformed our space. McKnight's employees and all other tradesmen involved in the build were respectful of our home and kept everything as tidy as possible. What could have been a stressful project turned out to be smooth and well-organised. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone considering an extension or renovation. This was a brilliant job completed by a team that clearly takes pride in their work.

Top class outfit really know their job no drama get on with it

Although I only drove by this place gets 10/10 because my family have worked here and I know McKnights are the best builders in Cumbria.

First class builders. Recently had an extension completed by McKnights and found them to be an excellent firm to deal with. Not only professional and innovative but extremely reliable whilst providing quality workmanship. Thank you to Gary and all his team. Certainly would recommend McKnights to anyone considering a similar project.

Excellent house builder and company to work with. Very high standards throughout
