???From start to finish, Harry???s service was brilliant. He arrived exactly on time, which I really appreciated and was friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. Harry carried out a thorough Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on the property, methodically working through each circuit, consumer unit and outlet with great care and attention to detail. As a tenant it can feel quite daunting not knowing the condition of your electrics but he took the time to walk me through every aspect of his findings in plain, easy-to-understand language ??? explaining what he was checking, why it mattered and what the results meant for the safety of the property. He flagged everything clearly, distinguishing between what was fine and anything that needed attention, without making it feel alarming. It was genuinely reassuring to have someone as knowledgeable and approachable as Harry carrying out such an important assessment. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an EICR, whether for a rented property or otherwise.???

An excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication, I was kept informed throughout and great flexibility as my needs changed. Fully recommended.

Very Professional, always a pleasure to talk to and very thorough in their work. No issues at all in the years that we have had Harry and his team working at our house. Highly recommended.
